WIN Founder’s Profile

Pauline Naphazi Mutyanda is the founder of Women Inspired Network an organization that was birthed through her deep desire to inspire, equip and empower women, girls and youths through life coaching, mentoring and counselling initiatives.  Pauline has a burning passion to train and lift up women, girls and youths so that they can have the requisite capacity to reach their full potential and excel in their own lives.

She is the author of Fix Your Crown, a published book in which she used her life experiences in overcoming rejection, to pen a message of hope and encouragement to other women and girls. The book has a strong positive message that is instrumental in helping the reader develop a victory mindset and shun victim mentality.

Pauline serves on the national board of FOCUS Zimbabwe, an organization that is heavily involved in youth student evangelism in tertiary institutions across Zimbabwe. She is an ordained trained pastor with Heartfelt International Ministries, a church that is headquartered in Harare, Zimbabwe. A very proud mother to her four wonderful children, she is happily married to her wonderful husband Alois Mutyanda.

Pauline holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Applied Accounting (Oxford Brookes University) and is a fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management for Executives as well as a Master of Business Administration Degree, both from the University of Zimbabwe. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach and Mentor (ICMF Zimbabwe) as well as a qualified Marriage and Relationship Coach (TIMFA – USA). Furthermore, she graduated with a Higher Diploma in Pastoral Studies (Harvest House International) and a Diploma in Theology (Harare Theological College).
