Pauline Naphazi Mutyanda is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Certified Life Coach (ICMF), Women Trained Mentor (Inspired Women Lead), Marriage and Relationship Counselor (TIMFA – USA), Systematic Family Therapist (Connet ZIST) and published author of the book ‘Fix Your Crown – Overcoming Rejection.’

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science Honors Degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brooks University (United Kingdom) and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.  

Coach Pauline’s passion to uplift and equip other women led her to establish the Women Inspired Network, an organisation that focuses on empowering women through life coaching, mentoring, and professional counselling initiatives so that women from different backgrounds can have the necessary tools to excel in their lives and reach their full potential.
